How I Hardwired My Brain For Success. In today's world, we are constantly being manipulated into becoming the average, lazy, and zombie person that scrolls on TikTok for 12+ hours a day. Everything has been made easy. Our brains crave more and more of this easy life which, once you start having to
then becomes extremely difficult. All because you didn't prepare when you should have. But... Not all hope is lost and, of course, you can still turn this around. This is how I did it โฌ๏ธ |
The Negative Trigger โกYes, I too don't want to do hard sh*t. I too want to lay in bed all day binging shows and living an easy life. So, in order to fight back those feelings I turn them into undeniable triggers. Let's say that today you really don't feel like working out... Then on that day you REALLY HAVE to workout. Or today you really don't feel like reading... Then you REALLY HAVE to read. You get the point. I completely forget my emotions and "not wanting to do it", and I simply do it. Don't let your brain control you. Deep Work & Time Blocking ๐งDeep working is a state of distraction-free concentration when your brain works at its maximum potential". Deep working allows you to be multiple times more productive and efficient. In order to enter the flow state of Deep Work you should get rid of distractions like, of course, your phone. A technique you have to pair with Deep Work is Time Blocking. Time Blocking consists of dividing your day into blocks of time. Each block dedicated to accomplishing a specific task and ONLY that task. Schedule each day at least 1 day before. Make Your Workspace Attractive ๐จโ๐ปWorking in a messy environment can be really damaging to your productiveness. I have always found that having a clear and minimal workspace makes my brain less foggy, more creative, and more motivated. A great tip is to always declutter and clean your space before you leave. This will make coming back to work on the next day 10x more satisfying and pleasant. You will never meet a hater doing better than you.
We often care about what other people think of us. We are hardwired that way. But that doesn't mean we have to subdue to it. People always want you to do good, but never better than themselves. And that's when they hate - when they feel threatened by you. So, in reality, it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. I always try to have empathy for these people instead of reflecting the hate they give me. Fight hate with love and not more hate. Most of all, keep doing your thing. December Wallpapers.
